Which clinic do I need?
Medical oncology, with Dr. Praful Pandey. Bring the biopsy report and any scans. If you already have a treatment plan from another hospital, bring that too — a second opinion is a reasonable thing to want.
Neurology, with Dr. Neha Pandey — for adults and for children. If an EEG or nerve conduction study is needed, it can usually be done at the clinic in the same week.
General physician clinic, with Dr. Praful Pandey. Routine blood tests are collected in the same building, so most visits do not need a second trip.
Paediatric neurology with Dr. Neha Pandey, including childhood seizures, developmental disorders, headache, weakness and movement disorders. BERA and paediatric EEG are available here.
Come during clinic hours for sample collection — no appointment needed for routine investigations. Message us the test name first if you are unsure whether we run it.
Online follow-up consultations are available for patients already known to the clinic, and for report review. A first assessment and anything needing examination has to be in person.

Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem in a WhatsApp message. Someone from the clinic will tell you which consultant to see and how soon — including when the honest answer is that you should go to a hospital instead.
