If the original plan is sound, you will be told that plainly. A second opinion that manufactures a disagreement in order to justify itself is of no use to anyone.

A first consultation, or anything that needs an examination, has to be in person. In an emergency, do not wait for an online appointment — go to the nearest hospital.

Routine investigations — blood count, blood sugar and HbA1c, liver and kidney function, thyroid, lipids, vitamins and urine examination — are collected and processed here. Specialised assays, histopathology and genetic testing are sent to accredited reference laboratories.

Most routine reports are ready the same day or the next. They can be collected from the clinic or sent to you on WhatsApp — tell us which you prefer.

Reports are discussed with the consultant who ordered them; a report on its own is rarely worth much without that conversation.

Treatment planning, pre-cycle assessment, blood count monitoring and side-effect management happen at the clinic. Day-care chemotherapy infusions are given at hospital, and we coordinate the scheduling.

Yes. Dr. Neha Pandey is an adult and paediatric neurologist. Children are seen for neurological concerns such as seizures, developmental concerns, weakness, movement disorders and headaches. Paediatric EEG and BERA hearing assessment are available here.

EEG: wash your hair the night before and use no oil, gel or serum. Eat normally. Do not stop epilepsy medication unless specifically told to.

NCV/EMG: no cream or moisturiser on the limbs that day, and keep them warm on the way in. Tell us beforehand if you take blood thinners.

BERA in children: the test is done during sleep, so keep the child awake beforehand and we will plan around a nap.
