In-clinic specialist consultation for oncology and neurology, physician consultation as a supporting service, and carefully selected online follow-up when examination is not required.
In-clinic consultation
A full history and examination, with most tests available in the same building on the same visit. Appointments are given by WhatsApp so that you are not queueing.
Online consultation
Follow-up review, report interpretation and prescription adjustment over a video call — appropriate for continuing care, not for a first assessment or an emergency.
Family conversations
Where treatment decisions involve relatives, time is set aside for them too. Bring whoever will be part of the decision.

Each consultation format, explained

With Dr. Praful Pandey. For a new cancer diagnosis, a second opinion, review of an existing plan, or follow-up between hospital treatment cycles. Allow an hour for a first visit.
With Dr. Neha Pandey. For headache, seizures, numbness and weakness, memory complaints, tremor and dizziness. Electrophysiology, where needed, is often possible in the same visit.
With Dr. Neha Pandey, who trained in paediatrics before neurology. For seizures and febrile fits, developmental delay, headaches in school-age children and neurological concerns picked up by a paediatrician.
With Dr. Praful Pandey. For fever, infection, diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid disease, fatigue and adult health checks — the ordinary medicine that still needs a proper examination.
Conducted over a video call after an appointment is arranged on WhatsApp. Suitable for reviewing reports, adjusting an existing prescription and checking progress. Not suitable for a first consultation, for anything requiring examination, or for an emergency — in those situations we will ask you to come in or go to hospital.
Teleconsultation is provided in line with India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. A prescription is issued only where it is clinically appropriate to do so remotely.
Bring reports, scans and the plan already advised. A second opinion is worth having even where it agrees with the first — and we will tell you plainly when it does, rather than manufacturing a difference.
If you already have a report and only need to know what it means and what to do next, say so when you message. It is often a shorter appointment and we will price it accordingly.

Before you come
How to prepare
- Message usSend the patient’s name, age and the reason for the visit. That is all we need to give you a slot.
- BringPrevious prescriptions, reports and scans — including old ones. Photos on a phone are fine.
- MedicinesBring the actual strips and boxes rather than a list, particularly for elderly patients.
- Online visitsHave reports ready to send before the call so the consultation is not spent waiting for photographs.
